   Include a little space around the screen, then tap near its center. Avoid glare or a crop that cuts off the bezel.

   Confirm camera and microphone permissions

   Camera access is required for framing. Microphone access is required only when you choose to include audio.

   Check Twitch before going live

   Confirm that your stream key is current and that your channel is allowed to stream. Never paste a stream key into a support message.

Safe diagnostic sharing

FrameTrap creates diagnostics only when you ask it to. A bundle can contain images of your room or monitor. Review it before sharing, and never include a Twitch token, refresh token, stream key, or signing key.

Contact during private testing

Use the same invitation or testing channel through which you received FrameTrap. Include your Android version, phone model, FrameTrap version, what you expected, and what happened.
